Felt like making a proper super finisher astral that uses all the jp unused lines. It procs just like Blazblue astrals do. Final round and has to be 20%hp or less if the conditions aren't met it's just the regular iwex.

Lumina scripts are ported to Uni2 so if U4 figures out the character select icon limit to be open easily then I might port the entire melty cast (THAT I LIKE) to uni2 since we have unlimited slots anyway. Script work means that it takes WAYY less edits to make playable.
