Sadly I woke up to another email reminding us our St Charles, MO district has dropped the pre-k - 6th gr mandate.
All grades now mask optional 😣 + indoor 🏀 games, etc to continue. ~18,000 students + staff.

1st time known infec, I’m thinking BA.4 or BA.5. My cough that causes stabbing pain in Lt eye has been nearly nonstop x4 days; it’s less productive now tho. Congested. Sore throat. Fever gone after 48hrs. No SOB. O2 sat nl. Now youngest son has symptoms :/

I'm not one to complain (much) about heat on school 🚌s. Tho dang my kids on🚌 for ~30min ea way starting 8/21(MO). If the policy is still in place,they must be offered water on bus (do they have enough peeps to do that tho? We don't even have enough 🚌 drivers). Stay cool ya'll!
