These studies provide biologic insights to tumor response following radiotherapy, & provide the basis for ctDNA monitoring & therapeutic targeting of emergent subclonal biology. Further studies in these areas are ongoing in both the Moding & Blomain Labs (@KimmelCancerCtr)(3of3).

Next, we show that this evolutionary pressure is associated with dynamic changes in subclonal populations with unique, potentially-targetable biology. Finally, our study provides proof of concept for using ctDNA to longitudinally track individual tumor subclones in realtime(2of3).
