🏃♀️3.7 isn't being adopted to solve recruitment issues. The entry standard & that for student officers is recommended to remain at 5.4. 3.7 is for substantive officers who are not in specialist roles

🏃♀️3.7 hasn't been adopted to accommodate all the fat unfit women in the police who have hurty feelings if they can't pass the bleep test.
The JRFT of 5.4 was linked to the old OST curriculum. We now have a new PPST curriculum which doesn't support a 5.4 bleep test.
