Also excellent for runners (mostly distance runners) who have limited ankle dorsiflexion. The exercise allows them to access greater range and improves gluteal contribution to the squat by allowing greater squat depthπŸ‘ Likely why your glutes are sore @lizbayleyphysio 😊

πŸ†• single leg squat variation... With heel raise 🦡🏼 I only did 3 sets of 8 yesterday and had very sore glutes & calves this morning! Adds stability element = glutes on fire πŸ”₯ Great for foot strength and ankle control too πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Try it and see... πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘
