Noel Cutright and from us, BirdWatching Magazine. We had accumulated the books over a few decades, and when the magazine changed to a new publisher in 2012, we donated the books to the Urban Ecology Center. 2/3.

On Friday, May 19, our friends at @urbanecology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will be giving away thousands of bird and nature books to make room for renovation work at their Washington Park site. The books came from the libraries of the late Wisconsin ornithologist 1/3

Our friend Jeffrey Paulson, maker of the Spiral Bird feeder, shared this video with us: a leucistic female Baltimore Oriole spotted in Dubuque, Iowa. He saw the bird off and on yesterday as it came to eat oranges on one of his feeders.
