This could be amazing, I'm a strong believer in aiding research where we can. From my understanding, people who struggle with in person CBT could benefit from this. To me, it's essentially CBT in an app, helping to reprogram the brain into better thought processes when paranoid
π Do you experience paranoia or psychosis? A new trial is testing the effects of a smartphone app which has been designed to manage the symptoms by retraining the brain. Find out how to get involved π https://t.co/wINB2DJtqG

All too true π₯² its like a tightrope walk, manage it successfully, you look in control, fall in any direction, and all control is gone. It can be frustrating after weeks of depression, you finally feel productive, then it's gone as quick as it came #bipolar
