My daughter a lawyer advises a pharma house who pay her consultancy and also give her a gift as gratitude. What jurisdiction has @NMC_IND over families. Badly worded, ill thought out.
NMC guidelines strictly prohibit doctors from taking part in any meeting directly or indirectly sponsored by pharma companies. What about meetings of national body eg API, CSI which are largely pharma funded. Are they illegal too?
