Gain de survie confirmé dans tous les groupes pour le pembrolizumab en adjuvant après néphrectomie pour cancer du rein localisé à haut risque de récidive. Il aura fallu 17 essais randomisés pour trouver enfin un traitement qui augmente la survie #GU24
