Toward the end of last year, I limited my activity on this hellsite to the #Bales2023FilmChallenge. I'll be doing the #Bales2024FilmChallenge over on Bl**sky, where I'm spending most of the time I used to spend here. See my profile for my handle. Time to leave this Nazi bar.

Irresponsible. Soldiers in the streets of Democratic cities based on lies about apocalyptuc disorder is not a "distraction from high prices." It is: Soldiers in the streets of Dem cities based on lies about apocalyptic disorder. Please join us against fascism, senator.

If it were about "law and order," he'd coordinate with local law enforcement. If it were about "health and safety," he'd reinstate the millions in gun violence prevention funding he cut. Trump is trying to distract you from the Epstein Files and rising prices. Don't let him.

With all due respect @SenDuckworth and @SenatorDurbin As a resident of Chicago I’m going to need more from my senators besides saying deploying @NationalGuard on the streets of Chicago is a distraction. No. It’s tyranny in EVERY sense of the word. What are you and

Important to remember that @lawler4ny and the whole GOP House delegation from New York brought you today’s tariff implosion. Congress cld take this power from Trump at any moment. But they decided to support the tariffs 100%. And these are the consequences.

WE HAVE EXCITING NEWS! Today, workers from @TheAthletic sent a letter to Times management calling on them to recognize Athletic editorial workers as members of the Times Guild. We are thrilled to have them in our union.

If Biden and Harris were serious about inflation, they would have spread rumors about immigrants eating house pets.

@longdrivesouth @madrid_mike @GustavoArellano If Democrats have any balls, they should not defend any Latinos and Arabs from deportations and blue collar unions from union busting. We should not shield these morons from Trump’s excesses - they have proven to be complete buffoons in this election and should face the reality

Just read the insights of Jeff Bezos in his opinion piece in The Post. I wasn't going to join 200,000 others and cancel my subscription because doing so won't hurt Bezos -- he paid more for his yachts than his newspaper -- and, yes, the Post newsroom where good people, and some

Some of our Washington Post readers have dementia. Some have criminal records. They may see themselves in Presidential Trump, so to endorse his opponent would be an insult to the subscribers we hold so dear.

WaPo's opinion editor approved a Harris endorsement. A week later, the publisher killed it. Ian Bassin, a democracy expert, calls these moves “anticipatory obedience”: fear by owners that if Trump wins he could take vengeance on companies that cross him.

Today would be a good day to cancel your Washington Post subscription. @wapo will not make an endorsement in the 2024 presidential election: Democracy versus Fascism & they don't want to weigh in after 36 yrs despite their Democracy Dies in Darkness slogan https://t.co/cokGFw81ny

A natural wine bar in deep blue Ithaca might seem like a strange place to meet Trump supporters. But over the clang of earthenware app trays, you can hear whispers that Kamala Harris is the reason the Cayuga pet nat is $16 a glass.
