Easy, Lord Andrew doth be in need of a new headboard
The Evita cast album ‘featuring standout songs’ is a mixed bag — there are some strong moments, but also a few rough vocals and uneven mixing. A full cast recording is coming in 2026. Still, it begs the question: why release it twice -why not release it in full now?

Now it’s time to hold companies like @PepsiCo @Nestle @Unilever and others to account for continuing to operate in russia
⚡️ Estonia just set a precedent in Europe: people who donate to Russia’s army must now pay compensation to Ukraine. A crypto investor who sent $59 to Russian troops was ordered to donate $1,785 to a Ukrainian charity.

Out of all chilling photos of Russia’s war against Ukraine, this one haunts me the most. July 2022. 🇺🇦 Kharkiv gets shelled once again. A father of a dead 13-year-old boy holds his hand and reads prayers. On that day, 🇷🇺 reported yet another “surgical strike on military targets”

Just a reminder that Andrew Lloyd Webber lives in Trump Tower and is an all round terrible person who shits on his cast and crew, voted to cut support for disabled people, funded a drama school with serious misconduct issues, and allowed the Cats movie to happen.
the cost of living crisis hits everyone: Andrew Lloyd Webber’s skipping the $12,500 headboard re-cover and opting for stain remover

I have quite a few friends in Kyiv who spent last night struggling to keep warm in shelters while missiles struck the city, and today have no power, all because of russia. Every single one of them, even on their worst day, is at least twice the person you are, even on your best.

How can they be claiming to be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the show when Cameron Mackintosh has gutted it multiple times to save money and cut people out of royalty entitlements? It's just not the same show.

I’m sure I’ll have a lot more to say on this at some point, but there are reasons Estonia punches above its weight so much, and being so far ahead of everyone else on digital transformation is one of them. Though at the speed they’re developing, Ukraine really isn’t far behind.

Also, when you sign in to the main platform, one of the first things you see is the option to choose your data privacy settings and see exactly how your personal data is being used. Estonia is built on transparency and freedom. It’s that simple.
Thank you, @rceallen. Contrary to this “article,” 🇪🇪 digital ID is an irrefutable success: it gives citizens secure, privacy-protecting access to nearly all services — from voting to banking — with legally binding signatures, strong encryption, and decentralised data, making

After failing to defeat Ukraine militarily (none of Ukraine’s 24 oblasts occupied fully in 3 years), now russia is trying to break 🇺🇦 heating infrastructure to freeze millions of civilians. The attacks on 🇺🇦 energy system began early this year. The Kremlin seems in a hurry to

I'm still digging on this and awaiting a few FOI responses, so I'll have a lot more to say soon. But I think the very fact that @rbo_org already has Netrebko scheduled to perform again in June says a lot more about where they really stand than any press statement could.

Oh, and then there's the trustees. The chair of @rbo_org's risk committee is Caroline Britton. Who just happens to also sit on the risk committee of @RevolutApp, a bank operating in Ukraine.

And then there are @rbo_org's corporate partners, including @BarclaysUK, @MastercardUK, @CouttsandCo and @AmexUK among others. But while Ukrainian sanctions may not directly apply in the UK, you'd think highly regulated financial institutions wouldn't want to risk it anyway.

Where it gets really interesting is that @rbo_org is financially supported by public money from @ace_national under the leadership of @HENLEYDARREN, with funds coming from @DCMS and @TNLUK. So in effect, the UK Government helped fund a propagandist sanctioned by an ally.
