Brigadier Harris served with 🇪🇪 personnel on operations in Afghanistan in 2009 and was the first Commander of Op CABRIT, from 2017-19, as a Colonel. Since 2023 he has overseen a transformation in our defence partnership with Estonia. Congratulations and thank you! . 🇬🇧🇪🇪.
