Well-done paper on recurrence detection for HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer. Will be interesting to see how detection method changes with more routine ctDNA surveillance testing.

Across an 8-year span, 80% of patients with recurrent HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer had their recurrence detected through symptom changes vs imaging surveillance. https://t.co/U7FJL8f1n1

No survival benefit with TMZ in elderly patients (majority over age 70) with "truly" unmethylated MGMTp glioblastoma, and RT alone superior to TMZ alone. ~45% GBMs meet cutoff of "truly" unmethylated. Nice analysis of NOA-08 and CE.6 in Neuro-Onc. https://t.co/PytRqoVqLd

1 in 3 academic physicians report they are considering leaving their institution within 2 years. Burnout and lack of professional fulfillment were associated with intention to leave; a comprehensive approach will be needed to reduce physician turnover.

More is better for SRS? Another (retrospective) study showing fractionated SRS results in better local control compared to single-fraction SRS, this time in pre-op setting (p=0.009 on matched analysis). Nice work by Drs. Roshan Prabhu and @stuxrt https://t.co/1zpGQ9BG3M
