Leaders who understand that leading others is a privilege also know that no one is an expert in everything. Instead, the most influential businesses are built by a team committed to helping the organization achieve its vision and purpose.

First day in my new role after some extended leave & got to spend some of the afternoon at @MTWnhs. Mega long to do list (many things with an overall timeline extending over several years) but it’s so lovely to be back on all things community/discharge/ageing well/PaEOLC

My 8 months in digital has come to an end - it’s been a steep learning curve and I’m so grateful for all the fab people I’ve worked with. Now back to community care equipped with a huge amount of insight about all things digital but ready for the challenges of community pathways!

Definitely recommend this post (especially as all the best physios have worked in TADS at some point in their career!! 😂) Still a lot of the same staff from when I left 5.5 years ago, testament to the rewarding role that it is, matched with a lovely team culture. Worth a look….
Calling Physiotherapists! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Assisted Discharge service (TADS) at Maidstone Hospital. If you would like to develop clinical skills in intermediate care, apply today https://t.co/aG4cNEnnZr
