Hey @PassAssistance seems train company accessibility policies and training relating to your app info or your app design needs to be improved here. Perhaps another iteration with a paid Disabled-led steer group or service design practice? Maybe contact @QueerCantHear to resolve.
Hi @PassAssistance train companies have recently told me that "seat transfer" DOESN'T mean transferring to a seat (I was confused), but so staff members are aware assistance is needed into the train with ramp/to wheelchair space. The logo is misleading. Maybe needs looking into?
