I find this listing interesting. Rented for $6,150, pays $605k over asking at $1.4 mil, Jan 2022. Probably netting $5k and is probably cash flow negative by $1k to $2k. Now asking for $1.55m which would bail them out. Comps selling for $950k to $1.1 in the area. 😂😂😂
