For those interested, this is what I turned over to the RCMP back in 2016. Note the discussion of their Barrie and Winnipeg developments which ended up being the focus of the prosecution's case against @FortressRDI

The Cowichan decision could be one of the most consequential in living memory if it stands. Massive unsettled land claims in BC and you've got this hanging out as a potential precedent....what an absolute gong show. Who would buy in a disputed area in BC today?
WATCH: At a Richmond, BC town hall on the Cowichan aboriginal title decision, residents are warned: "Property values are already plummeting, lenders and insurers are worried, and the only solution is to overturn this on appeal."

“We don’t hire foreign workers” is what the manager told me. Between Orillia and Gravenhurst, on HWY 11 in Ontario there is a place that still HIRES CANADIAN youths. Support business like Webers. Great burgers 🍔 Next post for outside shot.

This is how friendly Neighbors should act toward one another. Friendly competition between the Dodgers and the Blue Jays and two great leaders. It’s also a great ad against tariffs which I’m sure Donald Trump is going to flip out about.

🇨🇦 mortgage rates are now back to June 2022 levels according to @MtgLogicNews. Affordability is back to 2021 levels....ie not great at all but home sales were still 50% higher back then. How low do rates need to go to get demand flowing again? Is that still the main variable?
