3/3 Most exciting: Entrained gamma activity during movement was significantly higher than at rest. 🤌 Plus, patients with entrained gamma had faster movements, making it a promising new biomarker for #aDBS! 💪🏼🎈🧠

2/3 Patients with spontaneous FTG showed a progressive frequency shift with stimulation amplitude increase, until it locked to 1/2 DBS frequency. This was in line with previously published models. In 3 cases, entrainment disappeared with higher DBS intensity! 📉

1/3 DBS induced 1:2 gamma entrainment was present in 15/19 patients. Only half of them had spontaneous finely tuned gamma (FTG) during DBS-Off, while 5 exhibited dyskinesia. 📊
