Unbelievable Andy Keats, Turners & the SME Alliance after spending 4 years taking the Queens shilling to sit on BBRS panels with ringers like Armstrong & bankers have pulled their support from the BBRS. After misleading victims for 4 years, will Keats & the SMEA now apologise?

Cerberus is a cancer in our financial system which continues to infect & destroy peoples lives This is an abomination The Treasury &John Glen have sold the rights of our people to these gangsters from America As shameful as it is disgusting @Ianblackford_MP @alisonthewliss @FT

key findings from our @BBCPanorama Trapped By My Mortgage included a letter sent to Lord McFall by UKAR reassuring him Cerberus would offer new deals to customers, which the vulture fund then wriggled out of.. after the sale was complete.

Let me be clear that John Glen MP for Salisbury witnessed an attack by a foreign power on citizens in that town Now he presides over no less an assault on the lives of mortgage prisoners yet supports the American Co Cerberus in doing so ? Appeasement a Tory policy when it suits!

That 24 Conservative MPs voted against the amendment is shameful That Tories would rather sell out our citizens rights to a decent life & then let vulture fund (Cerberus) ruin people is disgusting That minister Glen & Treasury plan this is abominable

The BBRS is compromised & conflicted how can anyone have trust in this“independent” process? The scheme is neither impartial nor fair Its remit set by bankers is damage limitation so that banks are only nominally held to account @Ianblackford_MP @alisonthewliss @jameshurley

Is there a listing for ‘expenses’ in the accounts you’ve seen?

This sham orchestrated by banks to suit their needs (that compensation to victims is nominal)While the Treasury& John Glen ensure that bank business lending remains unregulated ( thus allowing bankers to continue their asset stripping of SME’s! @Ianblackford_MP @ @alisonthewliss

It was confirmed that they have no powers on discovery, no rules apply & the bank only supplies information it chooses to. The next words were 'why not try it anyway & see what happens'. I think I already know... @jameshurley

Business Banking Resolution Service went live in Feb after a series of delays. Since its inception in 2019 #BBRS has cost more than £23m but hasn't compensated a single business. It was set up to give small and mid-sized businesses an independent view on banking disputes.

Shame on all those involved in perpetrating this travesty on U.K. SMEs.

The BBRS is simply not fit for purpose those excluded are denied justice & Banks only nominally held to account Watch this space I fully expect my complaints to go the way of all the others BBRS a scheme set up by bankers that benefits (you guessed it) the banks @jameshurley
