It was confirmed that they have no powers on discovery, no rules apply & the bank only supplies information it chooses to. The next words were 'why not try it anyway & see what happens'. Business Banking Resolution Service went live in Feb after a series of delays. Since its inception in 2019 #BBRS has cost more than £23m but hasn't compensated a single business. It was set up to give small and mid-sized businesses an independent view on banking disputes.

I say from experience that Cerberus are the most evil org that have ever been let loose on the British public That they are supported by a govt minister +dodgy lawyers/ barristers all paid blood money to conceal the truth is the litmus test of how bankrupt we are as a nation
