2/2 Certain High Court judges who are rigorously enforcing the rule of law are also elevated to the Court of Appeal & then appear on a panel weighted with those who are anti consumer protection law, anti EU law and anti constitutional rights. Kept in check.

To protect King, Bailey & going forward Rathi, Woods etc. & the rest of the alleged "public servants" for illegally supporting UK banks financially. Basically they used our money to cover up Bank Fraud!
