Invading enemy combatants aren't covered under the 2A. What ever judge came up with this should be disbarred. An illegal with a gun should be charged as "possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime"

I can tell you I don't and for one reason, the government will have 100% control over anything and everything you do. "Cashless"= digital currency so then you don't even have the paper so if the power goes out then what? Or if government doesn't like you they can just take it.

Maine also has a law on the books that makes you have a duty to retreat, so in other words even when some one is attacking you you have to try to get away before using deadly force. You can't legally shoot some one in public.....No joke
