Coaches, please do not do this. Your pitchers will have arm issues if they throw after working out. I’m hearing this way too often from my athletes, and then they ask me how are they sore when they’re doing our arm care program. Do better Coaches. 🤦🏻♂️ @NPA_Pitching @tomhouse

My Uncle was one of a kind. If you knew him, you knew what you were getting. Honesty, loyalty, and the best he had everyday. I was fortunate to spend my lifetime learning from him. I hope that as I coach I can make half the impact he has on so many lives.
We are saddened to learn of the passing of former Head Coach Lewis Bivens. Coach Bivens led the Blue Raiders to four conference championships and a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances in 10 seasons. Coach Bivens was 79 years old.
