Spots Filling Up Fast With Limited Availability. Are they really? Or are high school kids not feeding into the prospect camp dream? College Baseball Prospect Camps are marketed and used to pay assistant coaches.

Programs that are telling their current players to hit the portal are struggling to get high school kids to their prospect camps lol Final reminder- sell your dream elsewhere bozos! Find another way to pay your 5 assistant coaches!!.

Hard enough to master one! Pick one if you want better chances of being a college athlete.
College baseball coaches do not care that you play multiple sports IF you are not good enough at theirs. Playing multiple sports is great, I did it. but the reality is that you have to be good enough at baseball for a coach to offer you a spot on their team.

Go where you get the best college degree for the best value! Playing D3 and paying 75K a year shouldn’t be an option!! At that point forget baseball, go to school where you want is what I would advise.
If D1 schools aren’t reaching out to you, you may not be a D1 player & that’s ok. Don’t be married to the level. Be married to the right academic fit for you. Stay in the gym. Keep getting better & then use the game to cement your future. College degrees don’t say D1, D2 or D3!.

Something I’ve learned as a college athlete is it doesn’t get any easier. You have to work 5x as hard to get a chance to play and that’s what I love. There is always something you can do to improve.

The game has changed. Hearing D-1's will be allowed to offer 35 full scholarships and 35 will be roster limit. Everyone can be on a full scholarship. Don't expect mid-majors to use their scholarship allotment. This will further divide mid-majors and P 5's.

Some have already embraced and are doing great things! Adapting is important.
Mid majors have now become player development hubs for power 5's. It is what it is and smart mid majors will embrace it and almost partner with certain power 5's. They can in essence help each other.
