I think if you wear it well, do it. Don't go all Charlie Blackmon but it's a holdover from a different time, and a random rule Big Stein created. They were champions, had pride, had the Yankee Way with how they do things well before him.
@TalkinYanks
Look, we know it's "early" in baseball season terms, but they needed to come out strong after such a slow start last season that they were never able to come back from. We know it has a 1998 feel right now and Mets are feeling all 1986, baseball in NY is just fun ATM.

her is a Tax Day doozy for ya. Dear friend of mine, head office manager at a small CPA firm, partners made him come in today while sick with COVID. Top that.

Thank you everyone at

I disagree that he hates him, he'd be with Higgy if that was the case (which WAS the case when Sanchez was up). I think Cole gets intense and Benny is still learning, he's like his drill sergeant. But then you see them in the dugout and it's all good.
@GershOnline
@yankeethrowback
you wonder, as a Yankee fan, what could have been had Universal DH been a thing on that fateful day in Houston. He was never the same.

We need Greeny. We need Greeny to be Greeny. That is all. Look, even Torre overworked the Pen at times, relievers have to stay ready and healthy. When Britton is on, he's very dangerous. Greeny and Lo are integral to the Yanks' success
@YanksYak
perhaps, but Heaney didn't help either, he admitted as much. not that we had much choice in starters. Upshots: we're hitting and competing with mostly our B/C squad. Showed up vs arguably the best pitcher in the AL and one of the best teams in AL. That said, sucks to lose
One thing I will add for

, we are still open for time being and want to continue to provide you with the insights you've come to rely on. Much of that comes from YOU so any thoughts you wish to share, the editors here welcome them.

his full statement was: "I’ll defer to the veterans committee and men whose opinions actually matter and who are in a position to actually judge a player. I don’t think I’m a hall of famer as I’ve often stated but if former players think I am then I’ll accept that with honor.”
Not sure about you

The relationship between vendor and accountant is at an inflection point and arguably more strained than ever. While there are warnings, there's also opportunity for change. Here's more from

Must have been 2016, Judge coming up with the Yankees. On a private flight Jete comes back to talk to Judge specifically to tell him he liked how he handles himself and not to change. Judge just lost it, tears a flowin. That's how I heard it
@MichiganYankees
As someone who experienced Jete getting booed, it's not that shocking and Judge, with the expectations he appears to put on himself, knows it. Jeter knew the few times in his career that happened, he deserved it, or felt like he did
@Yankees
"A chance to squint at a sky so blue that it hurts your eyes just to look at it. To feel the tingling in your arm as you connect with the ball. To run the bases ... stretch a double into a triple, and flop face-first into third, wrap your arms around the bag."
@TalkinYanks
Someone said it before, and I couldn't agree more: First and foremost, the scouts and decision makers in the Yankees need to build around Judge, Cole, Stanton, Sevy and Lo. They need to think Super Star status and guys that are OPS monsters. If Cash can't, do this, move on
will Xero become my competition? Ben Richmond says "no" (when asked by

if

would ever compete with its accountant partners)

: If I don't respond within 24 hrs to your pitch, probably best not to follow up with one saying "just bubbling this up to the top of your inbox" as it's a sure way to get it into my Trash bin.

outside of the obvious pitching (Kluber, Taillon, German) Im gonna say Gary is kind of a linchpin here. He plays up to his potential, the whole team levels up. We say it every year but it's there and if he doesn't show it I think his time is up
@NJ_Sports
readinig the whole response though, he just wants to pitch and have German come to terms on his own with what he did. That's the better response.
Today, my teenage son went to his first legit protest/rally for the right to choose. His choice, his voice. I could not be more proud, because he knows it's not about him (which so much of teen life is) and he did it anyway.
@javien114
He was, but also under Big Stein the Yankees (and fans) had to endure 18 years without a championship. Sure, he's known for his winning attitude and no-nonsense approach, but that's the longest stretch since they first won in 1923.
