Look, we know it's "early" in baseball season terms, but they needed to come out strong after such a slow start last season that they were never able to come back from. We know it has a 1998 feel right now and Mets are feeling all 1986, baseball in NY is just fun ATM.

I disagree that he hates him, he'd be with Higgy if that was the case (which WAS the case when Sanchez was up). I think Cole gets intense and Benny is still learning, he's like his drill sergeant. But then you see them in the dugout and it's all good.

Must have been 2016, Judge coming up with the Yankees. On a private flight Jete comes back to talk to Judge specifically to tell him he liked how he handles himself and not to change. Judge just lost it, tears a flowin. That's how I heard it

Someone said it before, and I couldn't agree more: First and foremost, the scouts and decision makers in the Yankees need to build around Judge, Cole, Stanton, Sevy and Lo. They need to think Super Star status and guys that are OPS monsters. If Cash can't, do this, move on

Today, my teenage son went to his first legit protest/rally for the right to choose. His choice, his voice. I could not be more proud, because he knows it's not about him (which so much of teen life is) and he did it anyway.

He was, but also under Big Stein the Yankees (and fans) had to endure 18 years without a championship. Sure, he's known for his winning attitude and no-nonsense approach, but that's the longest stretch since they first won in 1923.
