We found that oral consumption of cannabis during pregnancy led to impaired maternal artery remodelling and restricted fetal growth development in mice. Further, detrimental consequences were long-lasting as offspring showed behavioural changes later in life.

While CD56 expression could be used to indicate a hyper-functional state of NK cells, it does not directly influence the anti-tumor functions of expanded NK cells @jlb_journal Congrats, @Ana_LPortillo! @Ashkar_Lab

Why does covalency matter? Here we develop a new covalent #inducedproximity system that activates T cell tumoricidal function through stabilized ternary complexes. Covalency is observed to uniquely enforce immune receptor activation signaling events!

Excited to share my very first publication! Thanks Maz for giving me the chance to write about innate immune memory- a new concept to us, but an ancient phenomenon.
"Discovering adaptive features of innate immune memory" In this review with super talented @minasadeghii we discuss how evolutionary, mitochondria and cellular metabolism along with diverse signaling pathways shape innate memory responses. https://t.co/5ySFOiBjst
