This is easier said then done. But itβs like going to the gym and expecting instant results. The workout itself needs to be the reward for the desire to do the work to ultimately stick. Do it enough and the results will follow.

So many indie hackers are allergic to marketing Best fix is to reprogram your brain to feel accomplishment when the task is done, not when the results happen β Publish the blog post β Update the landing page β Launch the integration Then give yourself an actual reward.
It took me three years to spend an entire day on marketing only instead of also coding a bit. I canβt fully tell why but if Iβm not coding I feel unproductive and if I do marketing everything feels like a black box since the feedback loop and ROI is so delayed. Completely
