Hey @SecDuffy . Buddy just made a very good point. If shippers load these foreign operators, . Couldn't the be arrested for a crime for employing illegal immigrants, Brokers Too. Carriers Too.

VP Vance just nailed it. How do you clean up the mess of the illegal drivers. Just like Jimmy Carter did when he dropped the speed limit to 55. Any state that doesn’t comply lose all highway funding. And if you are old enough to remember we had 55 in 50 states.
