I had this same revelation recently while biking on a city road. The systemic shifts are definitely making me feel safer but it only takes one reckless driver to scare me back to the sidewalk.

Canada Greener Homes was a major flop for our fam. Quoted jobs around $23k, with $4k covered by grants & the rest a no-interest loan. We were accidentally removed (!!!) from the grant program so $0, somehow only approved for $15k of loans, and the jobs ended up costing $28k. 😵💫
