I’m a wheelchair user. So impressed with overnight crossing from Portsmouth to Saint-Malo with @BrittanyFerries yesterday. Wide doors & lift from the car deck, fabulous accessible cabin with a shower room that was actually accessible!

.@SW_Help Once again the lift is not working at Bracknell Station. It was working when I left just before lunch. My car, with my wheelchair hoist, is in Bracknell and I am in now in Wokingham

Hello @SW_Help. Guess what has happened (again) at Bracknell station. And I checked the lifts were working at 1500 today. I’m in a wheelchair and the station is unmanned

Just been told (again) by the (same) passenger assistance individual on platform 24 at Waterloo that he isn’t able to assist me as a wheelchair user. It’s not always possible to roll past 10 carriages (and then back again) to find the guard.

Disappointed with wheelchair accessibility in @waitrose Bracknell just now. Access to scanner station blocked and a permanent obstacle to some of the fridges. The staff are fabulous and helpful, but I want to be able to shop independently

At the hairdresser on my first day of Christmas leave. At the basin next to me is a lady talking about how she has just raised £600 for @TVAirAmb! Loved being able to say thank you in person.
