We looked at 42 trials of AF ablation using multiple energy sources and aggregated recurrence timing. Recurrence I non uniform and most are detected early. Shortening follow-up can enhance knowledge to practice and reduce trial costs without affecting outcomes. @DilawriCVI.

It’s amazing to see consistent information across populations. Recapitulating data from CIRCA-DOSE the recent Advantage AF showed AF burden <0.1% & AF episodes less <1h on follow-up had HCU comparable to no AF. Same threshold paroxysmal and Persistent AF.
