Revisiting the slides from @Aqua_NHS conference a few weeks ago. Love this infographic from @samanthallen about how we free up capacity for our patients by removing the waste and making things easier for our staff to provide value adding care ❤️ @EMASNHSTrust @Keeley62133245

Really enjoying the @EMASNHSTrust on-scene momentum CPD session with Matthew Stringfellow! “Is every second and minute we are on scene adding benefit to the patients outcome?” “It’s not about rushing but about momentum” Thanks for organising @LornaBailey88

Great to see our @EMASNHSTrust “Why am I contacting a GP?” poster finally out. Appreciate may still need tweaks as we get feedback but step in the direction of improving this vital interface Thanks to @Subcut, @NottmCityPBP & Greg Cox for being the catalysts for this work

This is spot on! Frontline staff are the solutions to many of your ambulance service’s problems. They see it first hand & many have practical logical solutions to those problems. Take the time to listen to staff. The answer is closer than you think.

Would you know how to save someone's life if they suffered a cardiac arrest? Around half of UK adults wouldn't attempt CPR if they saw this happening according to @TheBHF. We're supporting #RestartAHeart Day on 16 October to ensure everyone has the skills to save a life.
