It was great to start my week opening our Sepsis Rapid Improvement Week as itโs both #QualityImprovementWeek and #SepsisWeek 2025. Iโm looking forward to seeing the outputs as our teams set an ambitious shared goal, develop their theory of change and test ideas and begin testing

This was the highlight of my week Liz. I was so impressed by the work I heard presented this morning, superb to see the level of ambition, the focus on improving care for patientโs, the work to reduce delays and remove waste by automating processes through digital improvements ๐
