Wow what a powerful, hopeful, connected #SchwartzRound despite the challenges & difficulties in the #NHS. We had stories from a care manager, GP & former Pharmacist. We touched on space, giving others a voice, gut, instincts connections, small, daily acts of hope & kindness.

Very much looking forward to these. 🙌

Great session and audience participation in the ‘Schwartz’ round @MFT_MRI today. As a Surgeon, (former)Police officer and Director of Finance, we spoke openly about our journeys, our difficulties and mentors and heard from the audience too. Such a warm rewarding meeting. 😊😊

..also struck by the other areas #schwartzrounds are reaching, or trying to reach, but are still underrepresented. We are also looking for someone to join the team who can help extend our reach through the building and supporting of community spaces. Take a look... 👇👀
