Comparing between the two genomes, their chromosomes are very conserved. So much so that the two WGD events that led to the modern day genome are easily observed, allowing us to reconstruct their ancestral state!

The genomes themselves are unique all on their own! They showed more recombination than land plants, they have small, conserved centromeres, and they share no gene synteny with any other land plant sequenced thus far!

The genomes for mosses Sphagnum angustifolium and S. divinum are out in @NaturePlants! (. This collaboration between @DukeU @jgi @hudsonalpha and @ORNL identified U/V sex chromosomes that interact with autosomes to affect growth under peatbog conditions.
