@AbuCortex @NoNonsenseND Some of my RAF colleagues were trained to ask opinion of the quietest person -it was pure genius. The one quietly thinking often has the best contribution &will offer it if asked but will otherwise sit in the corner being dominated by all the over-confident, loud, stupid people.
