Can confirm that this was what KFA was implying during the hearing—I distinctly heard her say that they didn’t even know where the bag came from or where it was searched, and then heard “when they (Altoona police) came in from the car” and I took a lot of heat from ppl online
Luigi Mangione's backpack was repacked by the officers after seizing and searching it at McDonalds. They later brought it to the Police Department and found the gun. If his attorney's motion for unlawfully obtained evidence is granted, all evidence would be inadmissible in court
