Very important data to show low rates of transmission of #COVID19 while performing bystander CPR. This information must get to our communities ASAP! @DenverEMed @CUEmergency @HeartCPR

Our patient with Covid pneumonia on 70% & PEEP 14 writing to me about her scary dream. She started crying and desaturated and said she’s thankful not to be heavily sedated so she can communicate. Don’t assume heavy sedation is necessary. Every patient’s needs are different.

From EM News -- the original title says March, 31 but it's been updated as of 4/3/2020 and is a fantastic summary of #COVID19 information https://t.co/TNmOzFeiFd

increasingly likely that we will soon enounter shortages of critical medications (eg ketamine, cisatracurium). sure hope that pharma & governments are working on this - because manufacturing needs to ramp up *yesterday*

Welcome advice on the use of NSAIDs and ACE inhibitors during a coronavirus pandemic from @PennMedicine's Garret Fitzgerald. Until we have better data: - don't stop NSAIDS or ACEIs out of fear - don't use NSAIDs to treat complex covid-19 https://t.co/rzJKqGyyyE

Anyone else noticed hydroxychloroquine going from like $0.03/tab to $3/tab? Woof.

Excellent visualization in the @washingtonpost to share with your friends and family about how #SocialDistancing helps "flatten the curve" in the spread of #COVID19

Prelim data on TNK for AIS for our use for the last year. N=17 50% of the pts were well enough to discharge home with minimal issues. 7/13 pts that received tnk and went for thrombectomy had their entire clot dissolved prior to procedure. 0/17 pts had no signs of bleeding.
