Huge win. New York needs Cap-and-Invest so we can cap pollution and invest in green, healthy communities. @GovKathyHochul has delayed on this for too long. This decision is a step forward for cleaner air, lower utility bills, and green jobs. @NYRenews
New: A state judge has just ordered New York to issue cap-and-invest regulations by Feb. 6, 2026 at the latest in the lawsuit brought by Citizen Action.
