Prevention of GI complications: 1⃣Early initiation (w/in 24-48 hrs) of enteral nutrition is reasonable 2⃣Consider stress ulcer prophylaxis with PPI in🛌on DAPT with ⬆️risk bleeding features or triple antithrombotic therapy 3⃣Insulin should be titrated to BG of 140-180 mg/dl
