A carjacking near the Beverly Hills Rodeo street lighting party led to an accident which left four pedestrians injured and a building damaged. BHPD transported all victims to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. Current conditions are unknown. Story to come.

Beverly Gardens Park in Beverly Hills’ grass is currently surrounded by barricades. It was the location of many protests in the run-up to the 2020 elections. Publicly the city says it is for turf restoration; privately, multiple city sources say it’s designed to prevent protests

LA DA candidate Hochman is now on stage; his son, brother, and wife have already spoken. He is significantly up. Hochman claiming law enforcement had their “hands tied,” by his opponent’s progressive policies. Claiming that will no longer be the case.

A large turnout here in Beverly Hills for the Hochman campaign’s election party. LA County pols attending include City Councilman John Lee, Former City Councilman Joe Buscaino, City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto. Also many ADDAs.
