I just saw a group of first responders praying around a giant cross in Kerr County, Texas. This is not far from where a 9-month-old who didn't make it was found in the debris a little while ago. These men and woman searching are beyond strong.

Something about her concern for making payroll Friday is really sticking with me. She keeps bringing it up. Some people are just built for hard work and fairness and caring for others.

I'm in a quarry right now near the Guadalupe River where crews are searching for the missing Texas campers. What is hard to wrap your mind around -- is areas near the river flooded and became part of the river. So the search area is massive, including this quarry.

Terrible stories continue to emerge in Texas. A 1 year old baby and his parents are missing from this neighborhood in Kerrville.

Marshals say the person believed to be Decker was wearing a black mesh cap, black gauged earrings, cream t shirt, black shorts, long ponytail, black Garmin style watch, overgrown beard and mustache, black jan sport backpack, and either converse or vans low tops.

The US Marshals say Travis Decker may have been spotted in Idaho. On July 5th, they got a tip from a family in the Bear Creek area of the Sawtooth National Forest that matches the description of Decker. Decker is accused of killing his daughters on May 30th.
