The UK's surveillance laws are now some of the most extensive in the world. Forcing Apple into a position where it removes e2ee in the UK sets a dangerous precedent. Proton would never build a backdoor, but we wouldn't open the front door by removing our e2e encryption either.

@KevinNaughtonJr People who are saying Mac is just throwing money away: what PC laptop has 8+ hours on a charge when putting in a full day’s work, has a trackpad that doesn’t suck, good speakers, and doesn’t sound like a drone trying to take off when you put it under load. Must last five years.
