We are now processing around 100,000 transactions a day. Its wild how hard scale can be, but @Ducatstable is in a better position today for it. It took 8 months to reach 1 million transactions. Less than a month later, we are about to break 2 million. Onwards, DEUS VULT!
Thoughts on scaling and Quanta, the DUCAT point system. We launched our point system three days ago. In that time, we've seen over 45,000 transactions: -15,000/day -625/hour -10/minute -1 every 6 seconds Some reflections and lessons below. 🧵

You cannot scale a blockchain with L2s! As L2s route traffic away from the chain instead of actually scaling it... In reality, L2s are parasitically in competition with the L1 over fees! Restricting L1 capacity in favor of L2s is born from corruption & slowly kills the host

Amazon did, in fact, not create 2.1T worth of value, no matter how u define it. It created a lot more and the market has been incapable of pricing that into the stock price yet, which is why it will continue to grow.
