"If you do an OTC deal with a BTC treasury company, there is no tax event.". First time I've heard of this "in-kind conveyance". If true, that's a level 1000 gangster move for BTC whales.
My thoughts on this cycle. 🟠🐋. Why are there so many old Bitcoin whales moving their coins right now? I believe it's the Bitcoin treasury companies. They finally have a place where they can sell their BTC - without KYC.- without incurring a huge tax event
