Really happy with what our team has accomplished and is now sharing with the open source community!
We're happy to announce ICU4X 1.2, containing a host of new features with a focus on text engines. The new ML-powered break iterators and HarfBuzz bindings enable developers to perform text layout on many platforms and resource-constrained environments.

We just released ICU4X 1.2 with new Segmenter developed by the team at @mozilla. Kudos to @makoto_kato @Aethanyc and others, also, from Mozilla, @hsivonen 's work on HarfBuzz support!

It never happened anywhere else yet for me, and when I flew to Poland for a week it was correct, and when I returned to Jordan it again diverged. Feels like some off-by-one timezone calc error.

Hey @whoop - I'm in Jordan this month and my whoop is off by an hour compared to my phone. It would be innocent if not for the fact that I use the alarm and it goes off an hour later.

@matrixdotorg - the problem of financial sustainability of Matrix seems like a candidate for exploration of a cryptocurrency/DAO driven mechanism design. What @dfinity is doing with SNS on ICP.
