My indie hacker journey (so far) 2017-2022: launched 5 different B2C businesses. All 5 failed. 💀 2023: switched to B2B. Immediately found traction. 📈 My Lesson: B2C is hard mode. Businesses are easier to reach. And they’re happy to pay for solutions to their problems.

I vibe coded a full-time BDR for my company. It's basically Claude orchestrating a stack of APIs to handle the entire outbound pipeline: Scrape leads → @serperapi Qualify leads → @claudeai + @firecrawl_dev Find email addresses → @EmailHunter Validate emails →

I'm obsessed with keeping claude code busy on non-coding tasks literally planning my day around maximizing its uptime every idle minute feels like wasted leverage here's what it's working on today: 1. optimizing our website for conversion 2. writing our newsletter 3.

documentation is the worst part of building products. luckily i figured out a way to automate it completely. 1. use a tool like @mintlify or @GitBookIO to manage your help center docs from a github repo 2. put your docs repo and app code in the same Cursor workspace 3. prompt

@browsercompany The wildest part? Feels like spent all their time designing a crazy onboarding animation instead of making the UI look good.. https://t.co/JeQDWArjrV

Trying out Dia browser.. Why does it feel like a worse Chrome fork? Tabs are back on top now? Ugly bookmark folders with no favicons? This feels like a step backward @browsercompany

First you need to create a github personal access token that has permission to create comments using your account. Add the PAT to your project secrets in Github. Mine's called MY_COMMENT_PAT in this example. Commit the yml file below to your .github/workflows folder

Update: I ditched Zapier in favor of a Github action that auto-mentions Claude 4 on new Sentry issues. It's a little tricky, cause @.claude only works if the comment comes from a user, not a bot. But you can solve this with a PAT Code below in case you want to try it out 👇

Just built my new favorite AI workflow: A bot that auto-fixes Sentry errors. 1. New Sentry issues open a GitHub issue 2. Zapier automation automatically comments on the issue: “Claude, please fix this and write a unit test to prevent it in the future. 3. Claude code opens a

False. No subscription == 100% churn. You’re starting from scratch every single month. Please don’t do this. You’re playing the game on hard mode.

If you're starting a new SaaS, don't overthink the design. Inter is your font. Shadcn is your component library. Your app will look great to 99.99% of people. Custom branding and design systems are for products doing $50k+ MRR.

Had an AI startup idea today. Excitedly started researching and looking for domains. Asked Claude 4 Opus to poke holes in the idea. Realized it's a bad idea and moved on. Thanks AI, for saving me a another month of wasted dev time 🫡

Claude 4 Sonnet still has the "eager intern" problem. Ask for a button color change. Get a new database migration. Request a typo fix. Receive three new helper functions. Fix a broken import. Watch it reorganize your entire file structure. O3 remains the minimalist
