The fate of the #Babylon5 pilot may be decided end of this month. Though much of @TheCW was bought by @NXSTMediaGroup the decision also rests heavily with @WarnerbrosTV. If fans want to show their support for B5 & let them know you want this to happen, now is the time #B5onCWin23

I let them know in my submission comments of my newbicity and they arranged for me to pick up some really useful books. Thank you @ThreatModelUs for running the contest and I'm looking forward to next year.

One thing I love about #defcon is there's always something new popping up. Lately I've been thinking about Threat Modeling and lo and behold @ThreatModelUs is in the contest area. I had no idea what I was doing and I thank them for not rejecting my submission out of hand. 1/2

This was done quite awhile ago but gives you a good idea of the ethos behind Defcon if you're new cybersecurity.

Very powerful message from someone who knows who they are and what they stand for.

Senator Lana Theis accused me by name of grooming and sexualizing children in an attempt to marginalize me for standing up against her marginalizing the LGBTQ community...in a fundraising email, for herself. Hate wins when people like me stand by and let it happen. I won't.

Please be mindful before donating to any domains claiming to help Ukraine. We are seeing many Ukraine-related sites created today, several taking donations for unspecified beneficiaries. See examples in thread below:

Good thread on the nuances of future activity from a state actor. You won't see them coming in with guns blazing but more likely some whispered words here and little bit of poison to make you sick there. Not enough to kill you, just make it so you can't respond effectively.

When I got my ham radio 📻license a few years ago, my study books included sections on Morse code even though it is no longer required in the test. You never know when it is going to come in handy 😃 📎 https://t.co/pGp3SldcrA

I'm not sure how I feel about cyber "athletes" but the inaugural @USCyberGames is coming up this month with an Open CTF (ages 18-26) where winners qualify for the National Cyber Team. It's supported by NIST, I'll be following this with interest.
