If you've seen the recent Dr. Strange appearances in the MCU you've doubtless noticed the Cloak of Levitation seems to have quite a personality. But whose personality is that? Came up with a little story to answer that question for Dr. Strange 450.

As much as I need to start, then I can fill in as I go. The worst case scenario is for the reader to be in a situation of, "I did six months of research into this and YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!".

@LyleClown @straczynski These days most are run /governed by simple computerized fuel and ignition modules. Many have robust failsafes that will let the vehicle limp along but most won't have much power at all.

Then what happens when the diesel runs out, and there's no way to get more in because the entire electrical grid is down including frying all the components in trucks and cars. It's not a 24 hour problem, it would take up to a year to get the grid back online.
@defrisselle @straczynski Just read the wiki entry… Don’t see it taking that long for a coordinated response, rebooting things with diesel trucks and generators. Also gotta raise an eyebrow that Air Force One was not hardened against EMP…. (Get that bank, Joe!).

@cosmicfibretion sorry to hear :/ it is a unique period to have free time. pro models are now excellent (rigorous) rubber ducks for all science musings.for show and tell, enjoying surface area and volume. with a suggestion of how it might be exhibited in quantum, and tested.
