On a whim, I've been reviewing the leadership teams of bigger tech companies I'd consider working for one day & it's been pretty bleak as far as Black representation goes. But today I discovered @youngdchris, who is an EVP at Microsoft and I'm pumped. Excellent work, Christopher.
