6 trucks packed with aid will set off from Yorkshire this afternoon, destined for Ukraine. 19 volunteers from the @yorkshireaid will make the 3000 mile round trip, to refurbish a care home, where 40 elderly people who lost everything, have taken shelter, sharing just one bathroom

We’ve been absolutely blown away with the response from local companies to help out with our #DIYSOS mission in Ukraine next week - this is a delivery of new mattresses from @GNGGroup_UK to replace the horrendous beds the residents are currently sleeping on - thanks so much 🙏🏻

A huge thank you to @DuluxDecCentre for donating all the paint and decorating supplies for our #diysos care home mission in Ukraine 🇺🇦 - we even convinced Chris to join us to check on our workmanship!

Successful morning delivering Xmas bags to the kids on St Nicholas Day in Ukraine 🇺🇦

Today marks the 30th anniversary of the most useless waste of paper in human history: the Budapest Memorandum. I hope no one ever follows Ukraine's steps and disarms in exchange for promises of acceptance and security. It only leads to disdain, dismissal, and death.

It seems fitting that we are back in Ukraine for #InternationalVolunteersDay - out 10th convoy to Ukraine 🇺🇦 3 days of visiting orphanages and care homes to deliver some Xmas cheer 🎅🏻

Today marks 1000 days since Russia invaded Ukraine - so it seems right that today we announce our 10th Yorkshire Aid Convoy to Ukraine… in 2 weeks, to coincide with St Nicholas Day, we are heading back out with a group of volunteers to deliver some Christmas cheer 🇺🇦 #Ukraine

Last stretch to the ferry this morning - we’ve got some tired drivers all very keen to have some quality time with their families this weekend… our humanitarian aid convoys are always non-stop so take some time to process but I know our volunteers will have some amazing memories
